What you will do

• Manage customer complaints and RMA processes, including the analysis of returned products.
• Drive root cause analysis using quality tools to coordinate improvements across internal plants and overseas suppliers.
• Lead a team in recording, testing, and analyzing defective products to generate 8D, CAPA, and PSR reports.
• Oversee Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for resale products, determining non-conformances and driving supplier improvements.
• Coordinate responses to customer audits and provide on-site support at customer locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with a preference for experience in customer complaint handling.
• Fluent English proficiency capable of conducting meetings and communicating with international colleagues.
• Proficiency in quality improvement tools and methodologies, specifically 8D, CAPA, and PSP.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation for sensor products.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites on an irregular basis.
