What you will do

• Oversee QC operations at factories, including raw materials, in-process, and finished goods inspections.
• Guide manufacturing partners on production quality control and first production qualification.
• Investigate quality issues and address customer complaints regarding non-conforming materials.
• Generate reports on inspection results, audits, and non-conformance.
• Ensure factory compliance with company standards and documentation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
• Experience in a manufacturing or field quality environment.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis within a manufacturing context.
• Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Must be located in China.
