What you will do

• Process and manage incoming invoices and reconcile creditors ledgers for German and Swiss regions.
• Execute weekly supplier payment cycles and resolve queries from the AP inbox.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain short-term cash flow forecasts.
• Review postings, support VAT return preparation, and manage the fixed asset register.
• Manage Purchase Requests and Orders via Yooz and resolve sync errors with NetSuite.
• Handle employee expense claims, reimbursements, and T&E analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in finance operations or accounts, specifically AP, treasury, and month-end processes.
• Must be based in Barcelona (Hybrid).
• Fluent English and German (written and spoken) required.
• Familiarity with ERP and expense platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Yooz).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict recurring deadlines.
