What you will do

• Prepare, process, and validate large datasets for regional market data products.
• Perform statistical analyses and modelling primarily using R.
• Calculate and maintain purchasing power and socio-demographic indicators.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new international data sources.
• Contribute to the optimization and automation of internal data workflows.
• Support the integration of AI-driven approaches into data production.

Requirements

• University degree in Geography, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with R.
• Solid understanding of statistics, data analysis, and emerging AI applications.
• English: B2–C1 proficiency required.
• Analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented working style.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GIS/spatial data tools such as QGIS.
• Knowledge of Python.
