What you will do

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and operational dashboards to support product development and marketing activities.
• Conduct end-to-end analyses on complex datasets and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in campaign performance and transaction result outliers.
• Optimize data aggregation and structuring of dashboards to improve efficiency within the Pay team.
• Support the development of business cases for budgeting, financial planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between Data and Business teams to streamline planning and accelerate implementation.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and reporting process automation (VBA).
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, specifically Power BI (Power Query, DAX).
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, including PySpark.
• Working knowledge of Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business-oriented recommendations.
• Solid practical understanding of statistics and mathematics.
