TL;DR

Junior BI Analyst (BI/Data Analytics): Retrieving and organizing data from various sources to create auto-updating data marts and BI dashboards with an accent on data accuracy and self-service analytics. Focus on developing reporting solutions using BI platforms, troubleshooting data source templates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Serbia)

What you will do

  • Retrieve, organize, and format raw data from databases and spreadsheets into structured formats.
  • Create auto-updating data marts to power BI dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain self-service analytics tools using platforms such as ClicData.
  • Support and troubleshoot predefined data source templates used for visualization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely solutions.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Serbia.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data-driven environment.
  • Advanced understanding of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or ClicData.
  • English proficiency: B2-C1 required.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Python and Pandas.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
  • Knowledge of ELT/ETL concepts and basic data pipeline workflows.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a business/data analytics role.
