TL;DR
Junior BI Analyst (BI/Data Analytics): Retrieving and organizing data from various sources to create auto-updating data marts and BI dashboards with an accent on data accuracy and self-service analytics. What you will do
- Retrieve, organize, and format raw data from databases and spreadsheets into structured formats.
- Create auto-updating data marts to power BI dashboards.
- Develop and maintain self-service analytics tools using platforms such as ClicData.
- Support and troubleshoot predefined data source templates used for visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be based in Serbia.
- 2+ years of experience in a data-driven environment.
- Advanced understanding of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or ClicData.
- English proficiency: B2-C1 required.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Python and Pandas.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of ELT/ETL concepts and basic data pipeline workflows.
- Previous internship or work experience in a business/data analytics role.
