What you will do

• Own marketing attribution, ROI, and conversion analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
• Optimize marketing spend by analyzing performance across channels and campaigns.
• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments using sound statistical methods.
• Partner with Data and Analytics Engineers to define data models and pipelines.
• Proactively surface insights and anomalies to marketing leadership.
• Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical track record of influencing business or marketing decisions.
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data querying and exploration.
• Advanced skills in Python for analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Solid statistical foundation including regression, significance testing, and forecasting.
• Experience with marketing and GTM data, including CRM and product usage integration.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas or willing to relocate.
