Data and Insights Analyst (Power BI/SQL/Snowflake/Databricks): Designing and implementing data quality and governance frameworks, building dashboards, and turning large datasets into actionable insights for EMEA process optimization with an accent on KPI analytics, scalable data processing, and interactive reporting. What you will do

• Design and implement data quality frameworks and ensure data integrity through governance standards.
• Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets using advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends and patterns.
• Build interactive, user-friendly dashboards in Power BI to visualize KPIs and business metrics.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Use Snowflake and Databricks for scalable data processing and management; apply Python/Scala/SQL/R in Databricks for advanced analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business process requirements into data solutions and perform root cause analysis with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar data/insights analyst role.
• Full working proficiency in English (compulsory).
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a data-related or similar IT field.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: SQL, Python, Scala, or R.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and analytics platforms; excellent written and verbal communication for presenting complex information.

Nice to have

• Experience with emerging technologies, including Generative AI.
• Experience with advanced analytics (predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis).
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Professional qualifications: Microsoft Azure, Databricks-related, Power BI.
