What you will do

• Define and implement the strategic plan for the Scenic Fabrication department to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage the departmental P&L, focusing on operational efficiency, margins, and resource planning.
• Lead and develop a team of 9+ professionals across project management, workshop operations, and installation.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring safety, timeliness, and adherence to standards.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Report directly to the Board of Directors on KPIs, risks, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience in scenic fabrication, exhibitions, construction, or manufacturing.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing business unit profitability.
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to drive organizational change and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Must possess a full UK driving licence.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically within live events or experiential sectors.
• Knowledge of set construction or exhibition stand production.
• Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing project management systems.
