What you will do
- Manage end-to-end HR administration and employee lifecycle processes for an Australian workforce.
- Prepare employment contracts, variations, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Provide expert guidance on Modern Awards, National Employment Standards (NES), and leave entitlements.
- Draft professional HR correspondence, performance management documentation, and disciplinary letters.
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and interviewing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR administration or coordination supporting an Australian workforce.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements, and Modern Awards.
- Proven experience managing probation, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AET.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting hospitality, cleaning, or labour hire industries.
- Proficiency with HR platforms such as Employment Hero or similar systems.
