What you will do
- Plan, design, and implement BI-DWH IT services delivery to business users, ensuring service quality and availability.
- Monitor and control IT services delivery, ensuring required systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followed.
- Manage IT services reporting and align BI services with business priorities.
- Implement and fulfill SLAs; act as escalation point for business users and management.
- Own Major Incidents coordination, including communication to stakeholders and Major Incident reviews.
- Run capacity planning, manage IT operations teams, support budgeting activities, and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery or IT Operations in BI/DWH or data platforms.
- Experience managing a team of at least 5 employees.
- Experience operating enterprise BI/DWH environments with IT operations processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of SQL, Azure Databricks, BI/reporting tools, and ETL processes and integrations.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management processes based on ITIL.
- Spanish and English: high level of written and spoken proficiency.
Nice to have
- IT Service Management certification.
- Azure Databricks/Microsoft certification.
- Experience in the financial sector and FinOps awareness.
