What you will do

• Support laboratory testing and performance characterization of electric motors and drive systems.
• Set up test benches and perform basic wiring activities for motor drives based on electrical schematics.
• Utilize professional measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, insulation testers, and milliohmeters.
• Conduct motor disassembly and technical inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Collect, organize, and document test data to support engineering validation.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure strict compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Practical mindset and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in conducting laboratory activities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a technical team.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Arzignano, Italy.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with laboratory testing activities.
