Design Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Create 3D models for components and assemblies following project design and CAD guidelines
• Develop 2D CAD drawings for manufacturing based on standards and production technologies
• Perform data quality checks and exchange data with internal teams and external partners
• Conduct design reviews for package compliance, assembly processes, and manufacturability
• Maintain component documentation in hirify.global-PDM System and Powertrain Database
• Support lead engineers, project managers, resident engineers, and procurement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• Practical experience in designing powertrain or vehicle components
• Proficiency in 3D CAD systems (Catia and/or Creo)
• Experience with shape, orientation, and location tolerances
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and processes
• English: good to advanced level
