What you will do

• Design UAV structural components and manufacturing tools using CATIA V5.
• Perform calculations using MATLAB, Python, VB.NET, and Excel.
• Create detailed technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Integrate subsystems and payloads into UAV hardware.
• Construct and test prototypes and support small series production.
• Develop and maintain the process chain of the Mechanical Hardware Design department.

Requirements

• University degree in aerospace, mechanical, or automotive engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in CAD development and PLM systems.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 and knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes.
• English: Proficiency required for daily communication.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Gilching, Germany.
