What you will do

• Own and embed a standard change and engagement operating model aligned to technology ways of working.
• Translate technology strategy into clear messaging and measurable adoption outcomes.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver effective change and communications strategies.
• Lead quarterly change and communications planning, defining priorities and adoption metrics.
• Build a data-driven engagement capability to track impact and improve effectiveness.
• Integrate change and engagement into governance and planning forums to support prioritization.

Requirements

• Organization-wide change and engagement experience within a technology environment.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale change that delivers measurable improvements in adoption across distributed teams.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder partnering skills with senior leaders and technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (C1+ level) to translate complex strategy for diverse audiences.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience when navigating ambiguity and resistance.
