What you will do

• Develop and implement the central marketing strategy for the Cisco Central Team (CCT) following internal and vendor guidelines.
• Manage the annual marketing budget and create quarterly plans to achieve sales and growth objectives.
• Lead and coordinate marketing resources in regional offices to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
• Create and execute digital and traditional marketing initiatives to promote Cisco products and services.
• Oversee the Cisco website, landing pages, social media presence, and email communication plans.
• Analyze marketing ROI and provide competitive market intelligence to drive differentiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing within the IT, technology, telecommunications, or distribution sectors.
• Proven experience in demand generation and executing integrated marketing strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
