Senior Solution Architect (Fintech): Designing and aligning scalable, future-proof digital customer experiences within the Rabo App with an accent on high-pace architecture alignment across multiple teams. Focus on driving architectural guidance, enabling squad autonomy, and ensuring compliance and security within a large enterprise environment.
Location: Hybrid in Utrecht. Must be based in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. No relocation available.
Salary: €5,994 - €8,563 gross monthly

What you will do
- Drive and align architecture designs for Growth Acceleration inside and outside the Pulse organisation.
- Act as an expert consultant to lead and inspire squads, enabling craftsmanship and autonomy.
- Guide and monitor solution development to ensure alignment with architecture, security, and compliance.
- Maintain an overview of open architecture issues and deliverables to drive timely follow-up.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams of proposition managers, designers, and developers.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
- Senior experience as a Solution Architect in a large, complex enterprise environment.
- Strong conceptual thinking to bridge strategy, business needs, and technical realization.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across domains and drive decision-making.
- Experience in financial services is preferred.
Nice to have
- Extensive knowledge of Retail-NL Architecture and organisation.
- Knowledge of tech platforms such as ROP standards, Senses, Angular, Java/Springboot, Cloudfoundry, RDS, and Azure DevOps.
