DTX Customer Supply Chain Analytics Intern

What you will do

• Navigate Snowflake data covering multi-currency and multi-region logistics across Europe and North America.
• Map the order-to-delivery lifecycle for webstore and social commerce operations and identify service and cost leakages.
• Upgrade existing OTIF and cycle-time dashboards with more granular operational insights.
• Build cost-to-serve analytics connecting logistics performance with financial impact.
• Identify a financial bottleneck or margin drain and present a data-backed improvement strategy to leadership.
• Build a predictive AI exception-management tool for shipment delays, penalties, and carrier fees.

Requirements

• Currently studying Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Econometrics, or Data Science.
• Seeking a graduation project or mandatory internship.
• Strong foundation in analytics and data visualization.
• Interest in applying data-driven decisions to P&L and global logistics.
• Curiosity about the financial causes of logistics issues and the challenge of optimizing profitability.
• Available for a 6-month internship in Utrecht on a hybrid basis.
