What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical direction and setting clear goals.
• Own team execution, including planning, prioritization, resourcing, and performance management.
• Lead the development of AI tools and applications from inception to implementation.
• Build and maintain infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters, serverless workloads, and ETL pipelines.
• Support incident response by building tools for threat hunting, remediation, and scanners.
• Mentor and grow software engineers within the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Prior experience leading or managing software engineering teams, including mentorship and career development.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python) and one systems language (e.g., Golang, C/C++).
• Experience with modern cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience working in a high-growth tech company.
