What you will do

• Lead a global engineering organization of 75+ engineers across software, quality, architecture, and platform teams.
• Define and execute the technology vision and multi-year modernization roadmap to transition legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures.
• Oversee the delivery of advisor- and client-facing platforms, including trading, portfolio management, and retirement services.
• Drive the adoption of enterprise data platforms, analytics, and generative AI use cases to enhance business decision-making.
• Advance AWS cloud-native practices, implementing CI/CD pipelines, SRE, and infrastructure automation.
• Ensure all technology solutions comply with regulatory, security, privacy, and operational risk requirements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including managing organizations of 75+ engineers.
• Proven track record of modernizing enterprise platforms using microservices, APIs, and event-driven design.
• Deep experience delivering customer-facing platforms in wealth management, banking, or fintech.
• Strong technical expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Must have Series 99 or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• Must be based in New York, Boston, or Springfield.

Nice to have

• Experience with trading systems, lending solutions, or high-volume cloud-native SaaS platforms.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions and data-driven products.
