What you will do
- Act as the internal expert for a defined product surface, monitoring how it behaves across customer use cases and agent interactions.
- Diagnose product and AI agent behavior issues, identifying if problems stem from configuration, usage, or system limitations.
- Analyze customer interactions and support signals to translate recurring patterns into actionable product insights.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to help shape roadmap priorities based on real-world usage data.
- Create and maintain enablement materials, including documentation, guides, and customer-facing knowledge resources.
- Support webinars, demos, and sales enablement activities to increase product adoption.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Experience in customer-facing, product, support, or operations roles within SaaS or AI-driven products.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to proactively identify problems and influence product direction.
- Ability to understand complex AI agent systems and workflows under the hood.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance daily productivity and data analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, DTC brands, customer experience operations, or community management at scale.
- Familiarity with APIs, prompt engineering, or Shopify ecosystems.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies.
