What you will do

• Design and execute test cases across web and mobile platforms for assigned product lines.
• Create and maintain test plans for releases and delivery milestones, ensuring traceability.
• Validate integration quality between Helm CONNECT and third-party systems.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude and Copilot for test case generation, defect triage, and regression analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in daily stand-ups, sprint grooming, and retrospective meetings.
• Advocate for a quality mindset and support the growth of test automation practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software testing experience in an Agile-Scrum environment.
• Proven expertise in manual, integration, and API testing.
• Solid understanding of Git fundamentals, including branching strategies and pull requests.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be based in British Columbia, Canada.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Maritime industry knowledge.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, Copilot) to accelerate QA workflows.
• Experience with the Playwright automation framework.
• Experience using BrowserStack for desktop and mobile testing.
• Familiarity with ERP and third-party system integration testing.
