What you will do

• Create detailed AI-assisted test specifications covering user flows, system dependencies, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Review product specs and designs to identify logic gaps, usability issues, and potential business risks.
• Execute manual test plans for web applications, APIs, backend workflows, integrations, and internal tools.
• Investigate product behavior using APIs, database queries, browser DevTools, and logs.
• Build and maintain automated tests using AI-assisted tools and existing frameworks.
• Define and improve QA processes, including regression strategies and release confidence standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
• Strong foundations in manual testing, test planning, and exploratory testing.
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and backend workflows.
• Proficiency with technical tools such as browser DevTools, logs, and database queries.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate testing, automation, and documentation.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel, to support a hybrid work schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, enterprise SaaS, or regulated environments.
• Experience with automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Background in release management or production release cycles.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding or test-generation tools.
