- Quality-check ocean freight contracts, rates and surcharges against source sheets.
- Build knowledge of ocean rates to spot when something is wrong.
- Catch and correct errors before they reach customers.
- Communicate with vendor partners to fix issues and prevent repeats.
- Spot recurring error patterns; help improve QA checks and docs.
- Use AI tools to speed QA and help build them.
🎯 Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluent written and spoken English for vendor partners.
- Independent and own your cases.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets; love structured data.
- Comfortable with high-volume, structured workflows.
- Bonus: ocean/air freight, logistics exp; AI tools experience; Zendesk.
