What you will do

• Lead the engineering team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and optimize overall work efficiency.
• Define departmental, team, and personal goals, including project planning and demand vs. capacity analysis.
• Review and approve GA drawings, P&ID, test fixtures, test procedures, and related technical calculations.
• Conduct in-depth field troubleshooting and detailed failure analysis to provide senior technical support to customers.
• Drive improvements in product competitiveness and safety in compliance with technical agreements and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Machinery, or Fluid Machinery.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in mechanical design or plant process control system design.
• Expertise in dry gas seals, panel products, and rotating equipment such as pumps or compressors.
• Proficiency in drawing software (Solid Edge, PDM) and MS Office suite.
• English: Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in China.
