What you will do

• Drive new business growth by building a strong pipeline and winning new logos to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and grow strategic accounts, expanding market share through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
• Act as a customer-facing advisor, developing trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and channel partners to deliver tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends to proactively identify and capture new territory growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• 8+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in EDA/CAE/CAD software or solution-based sales.
• Proven expertise in enterprise sales and key account management for complex sales cycles.
• Industry experience in 5G/RF, hyperscale, HPC/computing, Automotive, or Industrial/IoT domains.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in Beijing and willing to travel frequently.
