What you will do

• Design and develop printed circuit boards meeting strict mechanical, electrical, RF, and manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams to ensure design alignment and successful project execution.
• Manage multiple complex design projects simultaneously while ensuring on-time delivery.
• Solve complex PCB layout challenges using advanced tools such as Cadence Allegro or Siemens Xpedition.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including project updates and quality review inputs.
• Act as a customer advocate to support business growth through design excellence and strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or minimum 12+ years of hands-on PCB design and layout experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in PCB layout with strong understanding of RF and mixed-signal constraints.
• Advanced experience with industry-standard tools like Cadence Allegro or Siemens Xpedition.
• Strong knowledge of IPC standards and manufacturing best practices.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
