What you will do

• Plan and coordinate program management activities, including scheduling and briefing preparation.
• Organize and track complex requirements to align with customer needs.
• Manage requirements, boards, and reports using enterprise tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Coordinate project schedules, document meeting outcomes, and track action items for completion.
• Produce and edit technical documentation, including user manuals and system specifications.
• Support the Program Manager in resource planning and analysis.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required from day 1.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Sterling/Herndon, VA.
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience (or equivalent professional experience).
• Project Management Certification.
• Expertise in IT project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).
