What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve brand and business objectives for assigned portfolios.
• Collaborate with Media and PR agencies to enhance brand desirability and support product launches.
• Execute BTL promotions across department stores, Sephora, perfumeries, and e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate product animations, podium displays, and brand-building events in collaboration with retail operations.
• Analyze KPIs such as reach and brand recall, and conduct periodic competitor market research.
• Manage marketing expenses, document issuance, and coordinate brand assets with external agencies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of marketing experience within the cosmetics industry in the Malaysia market.
• Proven experience in trade marketing.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, fast-paced international environment.
