What you will do

• Develop and execute on-ground marketing and activation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the activation team to ensure high-quality event delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, PR, Digital Marketing, and Product teams for integrated campaign delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and negotiations for all on-ground activities.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and report on ROI and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in events, field marketing, or brand activation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience coordinating teams or leading small groups.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
