FX Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Hoofddorp, Netherlands

What you will do

• Identify and pursue new merchant opportunities aligned with vertical growth plans.
• Develop and implement scalable go-to-market strategies for FX offerings.
• Define product requirements and pricing with Product, Risk, and Operations.
• Lead bid responses, RFPs, and merchant negotiations for FX-related contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to shape strategy and messaging.
• Analyze transaction, margin, and FX performance data to create client-level pricing optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in payments, PSP, or financial technology.
• Experience with channel development, strategic partnerships, and merchant acquisition.
• Commercial experience in pricing, onboarding, and stakeholder management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and data analysis skills.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid role in Hoofddorp, Netherlands.

• Exposure to FX or pricing.
• Deep FX expertise, which can also be developed on the job.
