What you will do

• Develop and manage calibration projects for dual-fuel engines to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with NPI and NTI product teams on concept evaluation and engine performance improvement.
• Create engine test plans, perform complex data analysis, and deliver technical reports.
• Coordinate with emissions regulations and compliance teams to prepare certification documentation.
• Mentor a team of engine calibration engineers and communicate technical data to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools related to engine validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 8 years of experience, or a Master's with 6 years.
• Proven experience in engine simulation and test analysis.
• Hands-on expertise in engine performance and emission calibration development.
• Proficiency with software tools including NI DIAdem, Canape, and MATLAB.
