Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with telecommuting 2–3 days per week.

Salary: $153,317–$183,140 per year.

What you will do

• Manage, develop, and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions for digital marketing campaigns.
• Create customer journey maps, email campaigns, and automation workflows.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement marketing solutions.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce Marketing Cloud issues and support team members.
• Assist with data integration and keep the platform aligned with Salesforce updates and new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or in a related occupation.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s).
• Experience with email marketing, customer journeys, automation workflows, AMPscript, GTL, CSS, HTML, SQL queries, and SDLC.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
