What you will do

• Deliver evidence-based therapy (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage a comprehensive spectrum of mental health needs, ranging from mild presentations to complex and severe support.
• Conduct clinical risk management and respond to clinical crises as needed.
• Utilize Lyra's provider platform for client matching, scheduling, and paperless billing.
• Collaborate with the clinical consultations team and participate in specialty group consultation meetings.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) allowing independent practice without supervision.
• Full-time residency in the United States.
• Ability to provide care in the Louisiana area with dedicated office space.
• Proven experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments and measurement-based care.
