What you will do

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife and menopause transitions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based strategies like CBT-M and CBT-I.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation for all patient interactions.
• Adhere to strict privacy, quality, and compliance standards for telehealth services.
• Collaborate within a network of clinicians to support high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Must hold an independent license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LPC in Colorado.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing women’s mental health care.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently.
• Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor (1099).
