What you will do

• Deliver evidence-based counseling curricula, including the Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT, for at least 3 hours daily.
• Conduct patient admissions and periodic assessments using ASAM Level 2.1 criteria to ensure the proper level of care.
• Develop and maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans meeting regulatory, billing, and prior authorization standards.
• Provide individual counseling, targeted case management, and crisis support for patients.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, case managers, and referral partners to optimize program operations and growth.
• Participate in community outreach and public relations to strengthen referral pipelines.

Requirements

• Must hold one of the following licenses: LPC, LADAC I, LADAC II, LCSW, or LMSW.
• Candidates not yet fully licensed must be enrolled in or willing to begin a formal course of study toward licensure upon hire.
• Strong knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment planning, and social services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clinical documentation and patient interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a high-stress medical office environment.
