What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on account preferences and FX hedging needs.
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls to book FX transactions, including spots, forwards, limit orders, and options.
• Identify and sell FX solutions to prospects to achieve monthly targets.
• Provide expert guidance on FX products to enhance clients' cash flow and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and manage accounts according to key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within financial services.
• Fluency in Polish and/or Czech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office.

Nice to have

• Prior experience specifically with Foreign Exchange (FX).
• Knowledge of financial markets and payment process understanding.
