What you will do

• Collaborate with worldwide cross-functional teams on new silicon development from early product definition phases.
• Develop and support debug of Probe and FT test solutions and hardware designs to ensure Automotive Zero defect requirements.
• Develop Burn-in and reliability stress code for product qualification.
• Perform silicon Matrix Characterization, initial data analysis, and support customer sample deliveries.
• Drive product yields, test times, and test coverage to industry benchmark levels.
• Work with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams to solve New Product Introduction (NPI) challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering (EE), Communication, or Automatization.
• Good proficiency in oral and written English (CET4 and above).
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn and take on technical challenges.
