What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and manage samples.
• Execute test plans, collect results, and ensure technical accuracy of all outputs.
• Perform root cause analysis on feedback samples via the RMA process to drive product design improvements.
• Maintain and improve test simulators, equipment, and digital tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Summarize test outcomes and complete comprehensive technical reports.
• Maintain a safe laboratory environment in accordance with EHS and 5S standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or Technical Science.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical testing or development.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI tools and automated office tools.
• Understanding of Embedded SW, PCBA, Drive systems, and EMC.
• Experience in electrical and electronics automation control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
