What you will do

• Manage client relationships across technical, business, and product levels to ensure goal achievement.
• Grow relationships with key stakeholders and identify potential challenges or opportunities.
• Provide clients with training and webinars to maximize platform utility.
• Manage the introduction and communication of new feature releases to clients.
• Collect and provide client feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product Management, Legal, and Marketing as the client representative.

Requirements

• English: Advanced (C1) proficiency required.
• Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or BDM in crypto, fintech, or payments.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of KYC processes is a significant advantage.
