What you will do
- Manage client relationships across technical, business, and product levels to ensure goal achievement.
- Grow relationships with key stakeholders and identify potential challenges or opportunities.
- Provide clients with training and webinars to maximize platform utility.
- Manage the introduction and communication of new feature releases to clients.
- Collect and provide client feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product Management, Legal, and Marketing as the client representative.
Requirements
- English: Advanced (C1) proficiency required.
- Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or BDM in crypto, fintech, or payments.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of KYC processes is a significant advantage.
