Location: Hybrid (Malaysia). Expectation to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead product direction for major finance super app areas including insurance, payments, savings, and investing.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, product standards, and success metrics across multiple features or squads.
• Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution.
• Turn regulatory, operational, and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Drive launch quality, post-launch learning, and continuous improvement.
• Help build a product culture focused on speed, clarity, and honest measurement.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading digital product areas and cross-functional squads.
• Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, and engineering outcomes.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or regulated products.
• Comfortable with high ambiguity, fast changes, and senior stakeholder pressure.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Must be based in Malaysia for hybrid office attendance.
