What you will do

• Lead product direction for major areas of the finance super app.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across multiple features or squads.
• Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward execution.
• Manage products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
• Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Foster a product culture focused on speed, clarity, and honest measurement.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading digital product areas and managing multiple workstreams.
• Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes.
• Proven judgement in prioritization and product sequencing.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, or regulated products is a strong advantage.
