Location: Hybrid (Taipei, Taiwan). Must work from the Taiwan office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead product direction and define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics for major finance app areas.
• Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers to ensure clear execution and product quality.
• Navigate regulatory, operational, and business constraints to make practical product decisions.
• Drive launch quality and implement continuous improvement based on post-launch learning.
• Foster a product culture centered on speed, user value, and honest measurement.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than individual features.
• Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, and business outcomes.
• Strong judgment regarding prioritization and product sequencing.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Ability to handle high ambiguity, rapid changes, and pressure from senior stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, or regulated consumer apps is a strong advantage.

• Experience leading or mentoring PMs, POs, or cross-functional squads.
