What you will do

• Lead People Operations transformation priorities across ANZ, including regional OKRs and operating model changes.
• Build and embed People and Workforce Insights capabilities to provide actionable data for leaders.
• Identify and deliver AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Strengthen governance, controls, and data integrity to ensure processes are auditable and compliant.
• Coordinate complex regional initiatives such as new market setups and payroll transitions.
• Develop scalable SOPs and playbooks to ensure consistency in regional operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Analytics, People Operations, Workforce Insights, or related transformation roles.
• Proven track record of building dashboards and reporting rhythms that inform leadership decisions.
• Experience leading process redesign and cross-functional People transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in governance, controls, and data integrity within regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex data into practical insights and measurable operational change.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI and workflow automation tooling to scale People processes.
• Background in supporting market expansions, payroll transitions, or mobility processes.
• Experience advising senior leaders on strategic workforce and business planning.
