What you will do

  • Lead the talent strategy, recruiting, onboarding, and developing top-tier engineers and managers.
  • Scale a high-performing engineering organization by establishing career paths and performance processes.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations.
  • Provide strategic leadership for a mission-critical platform, aligning technical capacity with business and regulatory goals.
  • Communicate progress and business impact of initiatives to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of building API- and integration-heavy systems in production.
  • Experience running performance and compensation processes within an engineering culture.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders in Legal, Risk, and Compliance.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of regulatory and security standards within the fintech space.
  • Experience overseeing the integration of AI solutions into core business workflows.
  • Track record of building and scaling new products or teams from scratch.
