What you will do

• Perform maintenance, repairs, plumbing, and metal fabrication to support high-speed fulfillment operations.
• Monitor and ensure the functionality of conveyor systems, shipping, and packing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical problems by testing components and circuits.
• Utilize the CMMS to manage labor utilization and parts inventory.
• Conduct daily inspections to identify and address potential issues before equipment breakdown.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment for all team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 36 months of experience in facility maintenance, mechanics, construction, or engineering.
• Proven proficiency in electrical systems and maintenance tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at elevations up to 35 feet.
• Familiarity with PLCs, HVAC systems, and fire alarm electronic devices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing schematics.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and a floating schedule.
