What you will do

• Support manufacturing production lines with technical expertise to ensure operational business objectives are met.
• Troubleshoot various automation equipment, including robotics, conveyors, coaters, labelers, and presses.
• Integrate, install, and adapt to new robotics and automation equipment within the facility.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure proper installation and operation of robotics.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and participate in Gemba walks and Kaizen circles.
• Identify root causes and develop strategies to eliminate recurring downtime.

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in an automated manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with electrical testing devices such as digital multi-meters or oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in robotics programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Basic working knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic.
• Strong English communication skills (speak, read, and write).
