What you will do
- Develop and implement sales activities to achieve growth and expand presence in the assigned territory.
- Approach and sign up new B2B partners including tour operators, travel agencies, and OTAs.
- Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals and technical setups for new partners.
- Manage accounts until the first purchase is made and ensure compliance with commercial conditions.
- Spend approximately 40% of working time on business trips, industry events, and client meetings.
- Provide regular reporting and market analysis through CRM and internal systems.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry.
- Fluent in English and Serbian.
- In-depth understanding of the local travel market and B2B travel networks.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Proactive, results-focused mindset with an interest in innovative technology.
