What you will do
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends across Kosovo.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Analyse sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Albanian.
- Willingness to cover the territory of Kosovo.
- At least 3 years of experience leading sales teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Basic computer skills and a Category B driving licence.
- Customer-oriented approach.
