Sr. Financial Analyst (Product Cost)

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, USA; based in Bass Creek, Minnesota, in a standard office environment. Hybrid work and minimal travel may be required.

Salary: $80,000–$111,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for cost of goods sold across assigned product lines.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cost accounting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Partner with Purchasing, Engineering, financial planning, manufacturing plants, and business units on product costing and decision support.
• Develop and improve processes, systems, tools, budgeting, and reporting for Product Cost operations.
• Analyze financial and operational data and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
• Provide financial support for special projects and future programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of Accounting or Finance experience, including experience with cost accounting, bills of materials, or supply chain.
• Ability to analyze large data volumes and synthesize findings into recommendations for senior leaders.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading Finance process improvements and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CMA or MBA.
• Experience with SAP and OneStream.
